Azubuike Ihemeje, a prominent entrepreneur and the owner of Portland Hotel and Resort in Port Harcourt, has offered to provide an all-expenses-paid vacation to Anyim Vera, a recent law graduate of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).
Vera had shared her achievement with the congregation of Dunamis Church during a Sunday service but was publicly rebuked and accused of giving false testimony by the pastor.
The pastor claimed that Vera was not fluent enough to be a law graduate, despite her graduating with a BSc in Law from NOUN.
In response to Vera’s experience, Ihemeje decided to make her smile and show her that there are still people who appreciate her hard work and accomplishments.
