A prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hajjiya Surayya, widely known as Sai Mama, has tragically lost her life in an auto accident.
The accident occurred while she was en route to Ondo State for an official assignment, resulting in her instant demise.
The Arewa APC leadership in Edo State, under the chairmanship of Comrade Alhaji Danjuma Bikola, expressed their deep sorrow over the untimely passing of Hajjiya Surayya in a statement released to Uptown Press over the weekend.
“We cannot fully express how deeply this news has affected us. Hajjiya Surayya was an inspiration to us all—her faith, courage, and strength were evident to everyone who knew her. We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family and pray for her peaceful journey to eternity,” the statement read.
The Arewa APC further expressed their prayers for her to be granted Jannatul Firdaus and urged Allah (SWT) to grant her family, friends, and the entire APC community the strength to bear this irreplaceable loss.
