The Edo State Commissioner of Police, CP Patrick Daaor, has visited children at the Sabaka Trust Foundation in Irokhin Village, Orhionmwon Local Government Area, as part of efforts to strengthen community engagement and promote the welfare of children.
Daaor visited the foundation on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, where he was received by its founder, Mr Francis Ogbemudia.
During the visit, the police commissioner inspected the facility and interacted with the children, urging them to remain committed to their education and personal development.
Daaor also formally launched two air-conditioning units and a newly provided table tennis court, both donated by the foundationβs founder to improve the childrenβs comfort and create additional opportunities for recreation.
The commissioner used the occasion to encourage the children to remain focused on their studies, develop positive values and take advantage of the opportunities available to them.
The visit ended on a lighter note when Daaor and Ogbemudia engaged in a friendly table tennis match at the newly launched court.
The Command said the engagement underscored its commitment to community partnership, social responsibility and initiatives that promote the welfare and development of children across Edo State.
