The management of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State has reiterated its resolve to continue to enforce the ban on wild jubilation by graduating students after final exams.
This was made known in a statement on Friday signed by the Deputy Registrar of the Institution, Edward Aihevba.
The statement advised students to maintain decorum as any department or faculty that default on this directive would have their examination cancelled.
The statement reads in part: “The University management has directed that all students be reminded of the extant regulation on ban on wild jubilations after final examinations. For the avoidance of douth, wild jubilations after examinations have been banned within the campus.
“Any Department of Faculty thst violates this regulation would have their examinations cancelled and would have to retake the examination after one session…
“Futhermore, all Federal Road Safety rules must be obeyed within the campus, notably the rules regarding the use of tinted glasses and speed limits within the campus. The use of tinted glasses are not allowed and speed limit within the campus is 25km per hour.” It added.
