Social media personality Saida Boj has called for relationship therapist, Blessing CEO to receive professional help following fresh allegations over a ₦69.15 million property lease transaction.

In a video circulating online, Saida questioned how Blessing CEO, whose real name is Blessing Nkiruka Okoro, allegedly presented a Lekki property as her own in a transaction that has landed her in court.

“Blessing, ₦69 million? Who advised you? Who did this to you?” Saida asked.

She also suggested that the latest controversy was not the first time Blessing CEO had faced questions over a property-related matter, expressing surprise that she had allegedly failed to learn from previous experiences.

Taking her criticism further, Saida said Nigeria needed to provide the best rehabilitation facility for Blessing CEO when she eventually leaves custody.

“We need the best rehab in Nigeria to take Blessing CEO to when she comes out,” she said.

Saida insisted that her remarks were not intended as sarcasm, claiming she was genuinely concerned about Blessing CEO’s behaviour.

Meanwhile, Blessing CEO is still facing trial before the Lagos Special Offences Court over the alleged ₦69.15 million transaction.

According to the prosecution, a witness told the court that he paid the money for a five-year lease of a property in Lekki that was allegedly presented to him as belonging to the social media personality.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) alleges that Blessing CEO obtained the money by false pretence and is also facing a stealing charge linked to the transaction.

However, Blessing CEO has pleaded not guilty to the allegations, which remain unproven in court.

The case has been adjourned until October 26, 2026, for continuation of trial.
