Nigerian bodybuilder Samson Dauda emerged as the champion of the 2024 Mr. Olympia, held at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Dauda, who represented the United Kingdom in the competition, took home a record-breaking first prize of $600,000, cementing his place in bodybuilding history.
This year’s event marked the 60th edition of Mr. Olympia, the world’s premier bodybuilding competition, drawing the most formidable athletes from across the globe.
Among them was Canadian Chris Bumstead, who clinched the Classic Physique Olympia title for an impressive sixth consecutive time.
Dauda’s path to victory was paved with hard work and perseverance. After finishing third in last year’s competition, he returned with a renewed focus and determination.
Having started his bodybuilding career in 2014, Dauda is no stranger to success; he is also a former Arnold Classic champion. His win at Mr. Olympia represents a culmination of years of dedication and ambition.
