Tension has gripped Imo State following the tragic death of a student of Our Lady of Mercy Nursing School, who was reportedly found dead inside her hostel room on Thursday.
The victim, identified simply as Wendy, was allegedly discovered with severe injuries in her room at the school located in Umulogho, Obowo Local Government Area.
The disturbing incident has sparked outrage across social media, with reports claiming the deceased was found with her clothes torn, raising suspicions surrounding the circumstances of her death.
The incident has thrown fellow students and residents of the community into shock, with many demanding an immediate and thorough investigation to uncover those behind the killing.
