Hon. Dr. Richard Edosa, member representing Oredo West Constituency in the Edo State House of Assembly, has engaged the Igun Business Community in a grassroots interaction, reaffirming his commitment to people-centred representation and development.
Edosa, who is also the APC candidate for Oredo West Constituency in the 2027 Edo State House of Assembly election, was received by leaders, traders, artisans and other members of the Igun business community during the engagement.
Members of the community commended the lawmaker for his visit and highlighted projects and interventions recorded across Oredo West under his representation.
They also raised issues affecting residents and business owners, while acknowledging what they described as the impact of his interventions at the grassroots.
Responding, Edosa thanked the community for the warm reception and continued goodwill, while highlighting some of his achievements and ongoing interventions across the constituency.
The lawmaker also listened to concerns and contributions from community members, stressing the importance of sustained dialogue between elected representatives and the people.
Edosa appealed to the Igun business community to remain engaged as the 2027 election approaches, while pledging to sustain his focus on development across Oredo West.
He said effective representation must remain anchored on direct engagement, responsiveness and the needs of the people.
